I started by stamping three butterflies in different colors and then added the sentiment and some bling. The butterflies are from the Altenew Painted Butterflies that I have had since 2014.

I cut the card front down, added Bermuda bay to back it and then attached them to a stitched rectangle of pattern paper before adding to the crumbcake base.

More Wine Time...

Happy Monday all! Today’s card was made for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

I started by die cutting a wine bottle, cork and wine glass. The wine glass was cut from vellum and then a bit of cherry cobbler was added beneath the glass.

Then I stamped the sentiment on the card base and a bit on the bottle so that everything would layer correctly.

Retro Rubber Challenge #57...

It’s time for a new Retro Rubber Challenge! We have a color inspiration for you to try!

RRCB 57

Due to a pinched nerve in my back that happened last Friday, I am on the injured reserve list and did not get a card done for the challenge. It also sidetracked me from getting any cards done so I am not sure when I will have my next post! Please hang in there with me!

In the meantime, click HERE to go to the Retro Rubber site and see the AMAZING design team creations! They are really outstanding! Plus we have a great guest designer in Lynne Jardine!

Have a great week! I hope to be well enough to get some cards done for next week but at this time it is all up in the air! February has been an interesting month for me – with the crud and now my back – good gravy!

Happy Crafting!
